If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or you order more party supplies than you need on the day, we are very happy for you to send the goods back to us. We have a 30 day no quibble refund policy provided goods are returned in their original packaging, unused and resalable.
To start the refund process, please email returns@partyark.co.uk. We will issue you with a refund code. Please insert this in the the refund form which is on the bottom of the dispatch note included with your order. Or alternatively email us and we can send you a new returns form to complete.
