WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or you order more party supplies than you need on the day, we are very happy for you to send the goods back to us. We have a 30 day no quibble refund policy provided goods are returned in their original packaging, unused and resalable. 

To start the refund process, please email returns@partyark.co.ukWe will issue you with a refund code.  Please insert this in the the refund form which is on the bottom of the dispatch note included with your order.  Or alternatively email us and we can send you a new returns form to complete.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will usually be made within 5 working days or sooner.  During very busy times this can take a little bit longer but will be made within 10 working days.

 

DO YOU REFUND THE COST OF DELIVERY?

The cost of the original delivery and return delivery will not be refunded unless your item(s) are faulty in which case we will refund the cost of postage and return postage.
